Chautauqua has a need for some key school supplies to support students who could use a little extra help. If you are interested in helping to meet this need, please take a look at the Amazon list from which the needed items can be purchased and sent directly to the school.
Vashon Parent-Teacher Organization
Vashon PTO puts on your favorite school activities at CES, McMurray & VHS, including:
- Spirit Wear
- Popcorn or Hot Cocoa every month throughout the year
- Parent/Community PTO meetings monthly throughout the year

- Fund low-income students to receive spirit wear, yearbooks, school pictures, and participate in activities
Save Your Receipts!
We collect Thriftway and IGA receipts from our Chautauqua and McMurray families that we then tally up and turn in to Thriftway and IGA for a generous donation of 1% of the total sales from those receipts. It's a great way to support Vashon PTO just by doing your normal shopping.
At Chautauqua: Drop them off at the Orca Pod (the structure just inside the front doors of the school with the daily joke) where you will find a wooden box with a label for the Thriftway receipt program.
At McMurray: Drop them off to the box in the front office.
